Sometimes you are happy ,
Sometimes sad,
Don’t blame the fate for what’s on your plate !

Sometimes you prosper,
Sometime you suffer,
Don’t cover self with tears and miss the chance to recover !

Sometimes you are sure,
Sometimes you are in dilemma,
Don’t dwell on past and miss the present !

Sometimes you are calm,
Sometimes you are loud,
Don’t react but learn to respond !

Sometimes you are relief,
Sometimes you are pain,
Don’t think its in you , it’s what beholder sees in you !

Sometimes you get name,
Sometimes you are to blame,
Don’t cheat self with fame, it’s just a burning flame !

Sometimes you know,
Sometimes you ignore,
Don’t think you are smart, understanding mind and heart is an art !
